Analyze. Design. Build.

Save time on the paperwork. Get back to the job.

We learn how your business runs, from the first call to the final invoice. Then we fix what you already have, cut what you don't need, and only add something new when it truly pays off.

You don't need to know anything about tech to talk to us.

How it works

Three steps, and you decide at each one

Nothing happens until you've seen the plan and the price.

1Analyze

We listen

Walk us through a normal week and tell us where it hurts. We ask a lot of questions and take a lot of notes.

2Design

We write up a plan

A short plan you can actually read: what we'd change, what it costs and how long it takes. You say yes, no, or "not yet".

3Build

We set it up

We do the work, show your team how to use it, and come back a few weeks later to make sure it stuck.

It all starts with a conversation. What happens in the first chat?

Sound familiar?

Be honest. How many of these happen at your place?

What we do

Where we can help

Most of what we do falls into one of these four. If yours doesn't, tell us anyway.

Type it once

We link up the tools you already use, whether that's an app, a spreadsheet or your email, so the same details only get entered once.

For example: a new booking lands in your calendar and your invoicing on its own, without anyone retyping it.

Let the repeat jobs run themselves

Reminders, follow-ups, the same report every month. If it happens on a schedule, it can usually happen on its own.

For example: appointment reminders that go out the day before, without anyone remembering to send them.

Use AI where it earns its keep

AI is good at some jobs and bad at others. We'll show you which is which before you spend a cent.

For example: a first draft of a quote written from your job notes, ready for you to check and send.

Build something that fits

When nothing off the shelf does the job, we build a small tool around the way you already work. It's the last thing we reach for, not the first.

For example: a simple job tracker your team can update from their phones.

Keep it simple

Sometimes the answer is less.

We often find two apps doing the same job, a subscription nobody uses, or every job written down once on paper and again on screen. Taking those away is some of the most useful work we do, and we'll suggest it whenever it fits.

  • The second scheduling app
  • A forgotten free-trial subscription
  • Writing every job down twice

Why us

Why work with ADB Logic

[YOUR NAME]

Founder, ADB Logic

[2 to 3 short sentences in your own voice: who you are, how long you have worked with technology, and why you started ADB Logic.]

You talk to the person doing the work

No account managers, no hand-offs. The person who listens to you is the one who fixes it.

We start with the problem

We don't walk in with something to sell. First we find out what's actually wrong.

We work with what you've got

Often the fix is a small change to how you already work, or to a tool you already pay for.

We explain things properly

If we use a technical word, we'll stop and explain it. Ask as many questions as you want.

The price comes first

You see the plan, the cost and the timing in writing before we start.

Easy to reach

We're a small team. You'll always know who to call, and they'll pick up.

Questions

Things people usually ask

What happens in the first chat?

It's a conversation, not a pitch. You tell us what's bugging you, in your own words, and ask whatever you like. You leave knowing whether we can help. If we can't, we'll say so, and point you somewhere better if we know of one. [Length and price of first chat: confirm]

Do I need to understand technology?

Not at all. That's our job. If you can describe how your week goes, that's all we need.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the job. You'll get the price in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises. [Add a starting price or price guide]

Will I have to buy something new?

Probably not. We look at what you already have first, and quite often we end up recommending you cancel something.

Can I just ask for a second opinion?

Yes. If you've got a quote that looks steep, or you're stuck choosing between two systems, we're happy to take a look and tell you what we think.

How long does it take?

Small fixes can be done quickly. Bigger jobs take longer. Your plan will spell it out. [Add typical timeframes]

What kind of businesses do you help?

Anyone whose paperwork has started getting in the way of the work. That might be a one-person trade or service business, a busy office, or a company with its own software. [Add the industries you want to name]

Tell us what's slowing you down.

A few lines is plenty. Or pick up the phone, if that's easier. [Reply time: confirm]
